Cardboard Castle from Mr McGroovy

Mr. McGroovy's Box Rivets™ grew out of a project idea from Mr MCGroovy days as an art teacher. Building box structures is an absolutely great activity for kids, so... when his son turned five and needed a backyard castle for his “knights and princesses” party theme they built it themselves. The response from parents and other children at the party encouraged him to share this great activity, and the idea for Mr. McGroovy's was born. It is brilliant and easy, i tried it with my kids and they love their "dinosaur" and "princess" castle. It was a great family project.

My friend's husband constructs cardboard tunnels for their daughter's birthdays. Kids and even babies love crawling through them and poking their heads out of the windows he cuts out. It's a great idea!

(I can't remember if we told you that we've included you on our list of "Best Green Baby Blogs" over on http://www.greenbabyguide.com). Thanks for the great site!)
